A chef who is the department head responsible for all culinary units in a hotel, restaurant,or any other multiple unit foodservice establishment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 Years an Executive Chef
Duration:
Certification is valid as long as the Chef holds the position as Executive Chef, and is a Fic-Usa Member in good standing.We believe in continuing education.
You only need to take this certification ONCE in your life time! However you must complete yearly educational courses to stay certified.Please Note: We are not ACF (American Culinary Federation) accredited.
